Getting Started

Starting out on ForsakenRO is simple. This page covers the basics you need before and after your first login so you can move from setup to actual gameplay quickly.

Register through the control panel first. Your game account is managed there, and you can use Discord if you need help during setup.

How do I join?

Your in-game account is created through the control panel. Once your client is installed, log in with that account and you are ready to enter the server.

Where is everything?

Your first important locations after logging in.

You begin in the custom Newbie Zone. The main town is Forsaken City, also known as fcity, and it is packed with the most useful starter NPCs.

To head there immediately, use @go 25. One of the most active PvP areas is Forsaken Field, located just below the city. Enter that area after you have geared up enough to survive there.

Do I get any freebies?

Yes. New players receive real starter value, not filler.

Talk to the Freebies NPC in front of the Help Desk at fcity 84 119. You can choose an Oliver Wolf Hood or a Neko Mimi Kafra, plus an Adventurer's Backpack.

The hats grant +20 all stats and the backpack grants +10 all stats, +10% max HP, and +10% max SP, which makes early leveling much easier.

What is in my inventory?

Your new player package is added automatically when you join.

Forsaken Wanderer Box

  • 150 Genesis's Yggdrasil Berries to fully heal HP and SP with no weight penalty.
  • 3 Veracity's Magical Cookies for a 30% experience boost for 1 hour.
  • 10 Justice's Lunch Boxes for a +10 all stats buff for 10 minutes.
  • Forsaken Wanderer equipment to help you start leveling immediately.
  • An Archer Mercenary Summon Scroll for extra leveling support.
  • Jumping Poring and Baby Angeling wings for cosmetic flair.

These items are meant to shorten the gap between your first login and your first real build.
